No-Show Policy

Transit requires that you notify them of any cancelled trips at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled pick up time. If you fail to inform MCCT, you will be considered a “No-Show”. If there is a third occurrence within a six month period, you will lose eligibility for three months. In addition, for each “No-Show” occurrence, you may be charged one-half of the full fare for the missed trip.
